The Nigerian music awards 'The Headies' , is in the next edition for 2022 by September and Angel Henry didn't enter for the awards. He made it known to Tonesbox Media that he wasn't aware of the schedule, but he feels good to know when it will be available again.

He intends to enter for the next headies award as a nominee and possibly a winner.

The contenders isn't a problem and he promises to reach up to 4 awards if he hits the nomination list.

In these categories

  • 'Best song in Afrobeat' 
  • 'Best album of the year'
  • 'Best artist of the year category'
  • 'Best rap song'

The four categories are always hot and attractive.

He is already preparing for the next nomination and picking out platforms that can promote his music so he can pick a spot. Annoyingly he has no music video yet but the awards didn't state music video included, but if it becomes a creiteria he hopes he makes a music video prior to the nomination deadline, at least a music video will put him on three spots if not all.
